What do you do actually when you sit down to work ON your business?
Sometimes it’s hard to know what to do, there’s so much isn’t there? As a business owner you’re juggling a lot of different things. From sales and marketing to getting the bills paid and keeping the website updated. Looking after employees (which comes with it’s own set of drama’s), sending out invoices, budgeting and cashflow.
